We are a Dubai horse riding club offering everything from a first arena lesson to a private ride deep in the dunes. Every route, every pace, and every horse is chosen to match the rider in front of us, not the other way around.
That means real instruction for beginners, proper gear for every ride, and horses that are rested, fed, and cared for on a schedule, not just saddled up for the next booking. If you have ridden before, tell us, and we will adjust the pace. If you have not, that is the most common way people start with us.

Every ride runs on Arabian horses, a breed built over centuries for heat, endurance, and long distances across sand, which is exactly what a Dubai desert ride asks of them.
Our stable team feeds, grooms, and rests the horses on a daily schedule built around the climate, not the booking calendar, with lighter workloads through the hottest hours. A calmer, well-rested horse is also a safer one for a first-time rider, so this is not a nice extra. It is how we run the operation.

Before you book
Do I need experience to go horse riding in Dubai?
No. Our desert ride and arena lessons are open to first-timers. Every rider gets a safety briefing and is matched with a horse suited to their level.
What should I wear for a desert ride or riding lesson?
Closed-toe shoes with a small heel work best, along with long pants. Helmets are provided for every ride. If you own riding boots, you are welcome to bring them, though they are not required.
Is horse riding safe for kids and beginners?
Yes. Beginners and children ride at a walk or gentle pace with an instructor close by, and every rider wears a helmet regardless of experience.
What is a Moon Ride?
A guided horse ride after sunset, once the desert has cooled and the sky is clear. It runs slower than our daytime desert ride, in a smaller group, for visibility and safety.
What breed of horses do you use?
Arabian horses. They are built for heat and long distances, which makes them well suited to riding in the Dubai desert.
Do you offer horse riding near Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or Ajman?
We are based in Dubai and welcome riders from across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Hatta.
How much horsepower does a real horse actually have?
Despite the name, a horse working hard produces roughly 1 horsepower in short bursts, and less over a sustained ride. The unit was defined to compare steam engines to draft horses, not to measure a single horse exactly.
What is a baby horse called?
A foal. A young female is a filly and a young male is a colt, terms you will hear often if you spend time around our stable.
How much does horse riding in Dubai cost?
It depends on the experience, group size, and whether you book a single ride or one of our packages. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we will send exact pricing.
Do you sell horses, offer boarding, or give horse care advice?
No. We run riding experiences, not a stable-for-hire, sale yard, or veterinary service. If you are researching how to train a horse, what to feed one, or general horse care, a vet or equestrian centre is a better source than we are, but if you just want to spend time in the saddle, that’s exactly what we do.
Know Your Horse
A few horse facts, for before you ride
You do not need to know any of this to book a horse riding experience in Dubai, but it tends to come up once you are in the saddle.
Not just one breed
The Arabian horse is what we ride here, prized for endurance in the heat. Around the world, riders also know the Friesian, Shire, Clydesdale, Marwari, Andalusian, and Icelandic horse, each bred for a different job and climate.
Colour has a name
A black horse, a white horse, and a palomino horse are usually the same handful of breeds underneath, just registered by coat colour. Our own string leans grey and chestnut, better suited to the desert sun.
Built for distance
A horse’s hoof is a single toe, its tail keeps flies off in the heat, and its teeth are usually the easiest way to estimate its age. Most horses live 25 to 30 years and can reach speeds above 70 km/h at a full gallop.
2026 is the Year of the Horse
In the Chinese zodiac, 2026 is the Year of the Horse, said to favour energy, travel, and taking the leap on something new. As good a reason as any to finally book that first ride.
Riding is not racing
Dubai horse racing at Meydan, the Dubai World Cup, and Jebel Ali is a spectator sport run by the Emirates Horse Racing Authority. We are not a racing stable and do not offer racing tips or results. What we run is recreational horse riding: you, in the saddle, at your own pace.
Horse, in everyday speech
English keeps the horse around even off the saddle: a dark horse, a clothes horse, a one-horse town. In Arabic, horse is حصان (hisan), a word you will hear often around any UAE stable.
